What to Expect

Flexible and Personalized Sessions


Pre-Shoot Conversation: A week before our scheduled shoot, I will reach out to start the conversation for our session. We’ll discuss your vision, outfits, locations, and specific dance movements you want to feature, ensuring your portraits are personalized and truly reflect you.


Location Options: We can have your session at various outdoor locations such as urban settings, scenic parks, or other picturesque spots. We can mix and match locations to provide a variety of backgrounds.


Wardrobe: Bring your favorite dance attire. We’ll capture a mix of styles, from casual dance poses to dynamic action shots, creating a rich, diverse portfolio of images.

Pricing

Affordable and Accessible

Base Session Fee: $150

  • Includes 2 locations.
  • Payable at the time of booking or at the end of the session.


Additional Options:

  • Additional Locations: $50 each.
  • Location Fees: Certain locations require additional fees, which are the client's responsibility.
  • Example: Hershey Theatre charges $80 per hour.


Session Duration:

  • Sessions can last anywhere from one hour to an entire day.
  • The focus is on collaboration, not rushing, so we can take our time and enjoy the process of creating meaningful and unique photos.


Photo Selection and Delivery:

  • After the session, you’ll receive a gallery of all photos to select and favorite your preferred images.
  • No limit on how many photos you can favorite—you’ll receive all the edited photos.


Delivery Timeline:

  • 20-50 photos: 24-48 hours.
  • 50-150 photos: 1 week.
  • More than 150 photos: 2-3 weeks.


Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  • Any add-ons (e.g., extra locations or outfits) can be paid at the end of the photoshoot.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 24 hours: 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: 75% refund.
  • For weather-related issues, rescheduling is available if you prefer not to take photos in the rain or snow.


Questionnaire: When you book with me, you'll fill out a questionnaire that helps me get to know you better. This allows me to tailor the session to your unique style and preferences.
