How to Download Your Photos
Welcome! This page will help you navigate downloading your photos from Pixieset or Google Drive, whether you're on a computer or mobile device. Follow these simple steps to enjoy your images!
Downloading from Google Drive
On a Computer:
- Open the shared Google Drive link.
- Select the photos or folders you want to download by clicking on them.
- Right-click and choose "Download," or use the download icon at the top-right.
- The files will be compressed into a ZIP folder for large downloads. Extract the files to access your photos.
On a Mobile Device:
* I highly recommend using the Google Drive mobile app.
Downloading a single image (using the Google Drive mobile app):
- Tap the shared Google Drive link.
- Tap OPEN next to the Open in the Drive App
- Select the photos by long-pressing on them.
- Tap OK next to Save to Camera roll
Downloading Multiple Photos (using the Google Drive mobile app):
- Tap the shared Google Drive link.
- Select the photos by long-pressing on them.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) and choose "Download."
- Photos will be saved to your device’s Downloads folder or default storage.
If you do not use the App, you may need to download and extract them.
Downloading from Pixieset
On a Computer:
- Open the link sent to you.
- Browse through your gallery and select the photos you want to download.
- Click the download icon (a downward arrow) at the top of the page.
- Enter the download PIN (if provided) and confirm.
- Choose the image size (if applicable), then click "Download."
- Your photos will be saved to your Downloads folder.
On a Mobile Device:
- Tap the link sent to you.
- Scroll through your gallery and select your favorite images.
- Tap the download icon.
- Enter the download PIN (if provided) and confirm.
- Images will be saved to your device’s default photos app or folder.
